When Clara impulsively replaces her old cookie-making wand with a Mighty Mega Wand she soon learns that fanciest doesn't always mean best.  Unable to make their special cookies Clara and her Fairy-Scout friends set off on a journey that opens their eyes too the importance of taking care of their wands and leads them on a new and exciting Fairy-Scouting venture!
